Zebra's supplied 2025 Z-Perform 1000D sheet describes material 65832RM: uncoated direct thermal paper with permanent acrylic adhesive. It specifies 2.1 mil facestock, 0.8 mil adhesive and a 2.4 mil, 40 lb. semi-bleached kraft liner, for a total thickness of 5.3 mil (±10%).

It does not identify LD-R7MU5P or establish which material revision is supplied under this part number. Confirm the current stock formulation and appearance before ordering if phenol-free construction, color or thickness is critical.
